The semi-detached farmhouse Érable, built in 1873, was completely renovated in 1995. It is located in the typical hamlet of Vallon d'en Haut in Samoëns.  The surroundings are quiet and restful, where you can enjoy the many walking trails and other activities in the area. Access to the village of Samoens is very easy, just 10 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car to to the ski lifts or the centre .
